We booked a holiday in Disneyland Paris originaly in March 2020. Due to Covid and lockdowns we have been postponed three times with Magic Breaks and they have always responed well. On the third attemp we managed to get there. Magic breaks were very helpful on each postponement to rearrange. We will use MBs again

So easy to use! Smashing deals and pretty much my go to whenever I’m booking a Disney holiday! The only thing is I wish there were weekend deals for people who can’t book whole weeks off work, it can cost sometimes same to go fro a weekend then it would a week with a deal and doesn’t seem worth it :/ but other than that, if you’re booking a Disney holiday this should be the go to!

Booked a Paris Disney break that includes our Children & Grandchildren.
We have still to travel but Faye & Emma have been great. Always available with any queries and when Easyjet cancelled our flight, providing the option of booking with another airline, or if that was too expensive offering a refund.

Easy experience for booking our Xmas break. We had been before but 8 yrs ago, so we knew in general what we wanted but the agent helped us tweak it to perfection to accommodate a party if 4 adults.

Booked accommodation and park tickets on line, found the process very easy & quick.

Booked with Magic Breaks for 10 people to stay at Disney for 4 days, when I received the original confirmation and logged into the Disney App I noticed it wasn't for enough people. Over the upcoming months, I repeatedly mentioned that it wasn't for enough people but nothing was done. Was told would get tickets 10 days before the holiday, when I didn't receive anything I followed it up to then be told it would be 7 days before. 6 days before I still hadn't received anything so after multiple calls and emails I finally got the ticket through with different confirmation numbers that on the app now showed enough people so I know something was wrong with the original bookings. When we got to Disney they then had 2 bookings for us and they had to work out which were the correct ones, then when we tried to enter the parks the cards didn't work anyway so had to get new ones printed. So from arriving at Disney it took 2 hours to get into the park, 2 hours that we lost on our first day. There were other communication issues throughout the run-up to the booking, with questions unanswered and things like restaurant bookings promised that were never made. Overall I feel that the communication from magic breaks is great when you ar booking and taking your money but after it is terrible. The only way I could talk to someone on the phone to sort out our tickets, in the end, was to go through on the phone as if I wanted to make a new booking.

Good service when booking but some things were not explained, a child of three does not get a seat on the Eurostar, had this been explained we would have paid for an additional seat, luckily there were spare seats on our carriage. Holiday was great however with just a little more communication by telephone once the booking had taken place it would have made it excellent!

I have appreciated all the correspondence and quick replies from MagicBreaks. The format of the order is not very user friendly. I am very much looking forward to a magical trip!

Excellent right from when we booked. Dawn was amazing and sorted out our booking and answered our questions. She really went the extra mile for us. Holiday was great.

Overall pretty easy to use but having information on room sizes and what's in the room would if been helpful. I wanted to see if compass rooms were available and prices. Called the number but after 36 mins gave up.. Not much general info on xmas either. Little confusing on how to book restaurants 2 months out uou xan but how do I need to call ? Would be great to have these small details ironed out to make a good standard booking experience.

Unfortunately my experience was far from good. I had booked on the direct train. But an error on your part meant I had to get a train to Paris. I was told a driver would be waiting to take us to Disney. The driver was not at the station when we arrived which caused us all a lot of anxiety . When we tried to phone using the numbers given to us they were all French speaking couldn't understand them. Fortunately another family were waiting for a driver as well. And when their driver turned up he kindly phoned the number on our behalf. We waited a further half an hour after already waiting an hour. Not happy with this experience.

Booked three times with magic breaks and always helpful.Had 2 trips cancelled due to covid but both times magic breaks have been excellent.Though not taking live calls but responded quickly to emails I sent and finally got to go early April to Disneyland Paris.Excellent customer services,keep up the good work ?

Have used Magic Breaks quite a few times now and never had any issues. Any questions I've had pre-departure were answered swiftly on their live chat.
